My status has been changed to "Decision Made" and I have received any Medical request yet.
Is that definite Refusal?
I applied in October 2008. Full application was request January 2009, submitted March without Ielts, IELTS requested November 2009 and IELTS submitted January 5 , 2010. It was "In process just 2 days go and now its changed to Decision Made.
I sent email that they replied, They will contact me soon regarding FINAL DECISION on my case.
Is there any EVEN 1% chances to be in race yet?

I have the same case as you. I applied in 2007 and full appication had been sent except IELTS then I submitted IELTS score by end of December when I got the results. but my E-status had been changed early January and I am still waiting for the letter. I pray for a possitive one!

e-cas is not the authority they have been known to make mistakes you can be positive but the odds it is a refusal IF e-cas is correct.

Please share us with your latest news. Did tou receive any letter from CIC?
For me I am still waiting and now it´s more than 35 days since status changed. I sent them an email but also no replies. any advice ... any new news in your case ...

Hi, I got the approval from CIO & further I submitted the documents to buffalo for processing. However, now I see that the status has been changed from "in process" to " decision made" . I have not even received any email stating "if applicable accepted or rejected". please advise

Decision Made.... before medical is clear the case has been approved or rejected before medical request. Some people got MR after getting estatus changed to Decision Made.Some got the objections, and were given appeal chance or to clearify the objection.
But i came to know, if some cases are brief and in line with good support in detail, they made decision of approval with condition of clearify MR.The approvals made on table without any enquiry of documents. Hope for best and also also prepare for best not worse. Canada is not end of world. Take care
