I worked in Canada for 3 years workpermit. and applied for PR in July 2008 in Buffalo. And I have Medical an send landing fees almost 6 months ago. Right now I m back to my home country.Can anyone tell me how long it will take more to get visa and is there still any chance for to restriction or any.

You have to notify CIC that you no longer live in the US.
They will transfer your file to the Canadian Embassy or High Comission in charge of your region.
Whatever the processing time is in your region you probably have to add another 6 months for the file transfer plus what ever takes to get a police clearence from your home country.
