Subject: How can i bring my 2 year old son to Canada ?
I am a returning permanent resident in Canada and staying in the Philippines after landing 2 years ago. During my stay in the Philippines, me and my wife had a son and so he has no PR card. We tried to apply for a temporary resident visa for him but was denied. What else can we do to bring him with us as we finally settle in Canada this March 2010?

Some immigration expert can advise u better. But as per my knowledge, you can sponsor the child while living in Canada

You applied for PR status in Canada and waited for how long before you and your partner became Landed.......

You went back to the Philippines and never really resided in Canada........hence being out for 2 years.

So you and your spouse deliberatly tired to get pregnant!

Yet you and your spouse knew that a baby was being created for at least nine months and never thought you should return to Canada to have this baby.......

DUMB!!!!!

Now try to return without the baby and sponsor the baby while residing in Canada.
