Subject: medical forms and extension: Permanent residence.
I recieved the letter from canada immigration stating that i need to send my medicals in 60 days. I did not recieve any direction, any forms or any thing else.
I faxed them my problem and that i need extension as i am going to India for next 45 days and than i have to add my wife also on it, so i need extension also.

I am looking for answers for these quesries.

1: When is the right time to add my wife on my application for Permanent residence. I mean before my medical or after my medical or it does´nt matters.

2: Can i get an extension for these medicals.
3: Are there any phone numbers to contact them. They never reply to my faxes.

Please help.

I´ve got the same dilemma. Just medical request
and no other forms.

Does this mean the medicals have been waived?.

Medical Forms (in reply to: medical forms and extension: Permanent residence.)
Every person applying for anything with respect to immigration MUST have a medical exam. Any doctor that does them should have the forms in their offices. (I know this as I work for a doctor who does them). If you do not have the exam within the 60 days I believe you might have to apply again. Hope this is somewhat helpful
