Subject: Temporary Visitors Visa |
|
|
|
I have a criminal record and my visitors status has ran out whilst immigration have been dealing with my case!
My immigration officer refused my next visitors visa becuase of a criminal record in england and in canada! (i have submitted a detailed account of my actions and reasons for the things i did).
i have two children in canada (i know that doesn´t give me the right to stay)! but i have my family here and i have been here for nearly two years. There has been 1 1/2 years since the offence in canada!
My Question is : if i have been asked to complete the temporary visitors visa for a special permission, is there a chance i could be allowed to stay in a canada? or : is this just a process for which they make you do and then refuse you?
does anyone know?
Do they let people stay who have a criminal record (if they feel they will not re-offend)?
Any information would be great?
THANKS
