  Hello roy good day pls. can you explain this to me ?do you know what selection review means??? i recieved email from CIC-manila visa section about my application for PRV under spouse sponsorship dated Sept.16,2009, and yesterday they request my husband Divorce Cert.same day i submitted. the email is
