My PR under FSW rejected on 66 points. For 1 point, I lost $$$$ bucks plus 2 years of wait :(((, anyhow, I am fully agree, I wans´t able to get one more score, so they didn´t give to me, its simple.
I am going to reapply as soon I will done with IELTS. My question is, how much chances to get same score in new application? As CIC has all my record, educational, work , adaptability etc.. Is that easy to score 66 again Plus improvements with IELTS? or it would be a new assessment with New IO which may points different from previous?

First, you are the one to be blamed, not them. Secondly,
when you submit a new application, everything start from
scratch. Gather the same documents and credentials, re-
take the IELTS, new police certificates..etc
Before, you apply next time, make sure that you score 67
or above!!!

hmmmm, I dont think that CIC cares about 1 point or more, hmmmmmm, if they wanna give you a PR, they could give you 1 more point, they have enough space to add or take a point.

I am not sure if it is due to writing in haste but you still have substantial room to improve your linguistic skills and hence likely to improve your IELT scores. Good luck. What i sit that draws you so strongly to Canada? I hope it is not the cozy frigid climate!
