HI
I CAME TO CANADA IN MARCH 2008 ON A FAMILY PR VISA n SINCE THIS DATE I HAVE BEEN TO CANADA 3 TIMES AND MY TOTAL STAY IS ABT 52-53 DAYS TILL TODAY. MY WHOLE FAMILY IS IN CANADA.
AND IN INDIA I AM DOIN MY DEGREE IN VETERINARY SCIENCES SINCE AUGUST 2006 N I WILL COMPLETE MY DEGREE IN JULY 2011 n I WILL COME BACK TO CANADA IN AUGUST 2011 PERMANANTLY.
MY PR CARD EXPIRES IN APRIL 2013.
SO MY QUESTION IS THAT AS I WILL FALL SHORT OF RESIDENCY OBLIGATION(730 DAYS) BY ABOUT 3 MONTHS, WILL I BE ABLE TO ALLOW TO ENTER CANADA IN AUG 2011..??? by CBSA???
IF YES,WILL I BE ELIGIBLE TO RENEW MY PR CARD IN APRIL 2013 ON Humanitarian and compassionate grounds..?? OR THEY WILL REVOKE MY STATUS...??
BCOZ I AM IN PROFESSIONAL DEGREE,MY WHOLE FAMILY IS HERE,HAVE VISITED THE CANADA EVERY YEAR,WAS ENROLLED IN DEGREE BEFORE BEING A PR OF CANADA..does that enough to get through on Humanitarian and compassionate grounds..?????
SO PLZ ADVICE ME n SHARE UR THOUGHTS..

from an officer´s perspective, i doubt you´d have H and C grounds. however, because you are only 90 days short, i believe a POE officer would wait until you apply to renew your PR card and let an inland officer interview you.

how old are you? how old are your parents? is it just your parents in canada? do you have your own apartment/house in india? do you have any other family in canada? how is their health? is it necessary for you to look after them?
