So we are planning to come to Canada and please tell me few things:
1. Once we reach to Canada where we have to apply for PR?
2. Can we apply at airport for PR?
3. What other things we have to apply once we reach to Canada, can we apply all at same time?
4. Can you give us list what all things we have to apply (PR Card, national health insurance card etc.. )

Hi, well according to information I have read, people usually do the following soon after landing:
1)At the airport the day you land, you will be asked to sign few forms and they will give you your landing documents, the people at the airport will give you a copy of your COPR... this document will be needed when you go to request your SIN card. You will need to provide the immigration agent a mailing address for them to mail your PR card to...
2) You will need to get your SIN card at a Canada HR Centre, you will need to show them your copy of the COPR they gave you at the airport. They will issue you your SIN number but will mail you the card later... again you need to give them a mailing address to use (could be a friend´s or relative´s)
3)You also need to apply for medical (I just read that somewhere, I am not sure where you will need to go for that)... wait for more replies to tell you more about this one
4)You may want to open a bank account. You will need your SIN card and your landing papers for this one as well.

* I assume you have an immigrant visa already right?
Assuming you do, you will become a PR at the Port of Entry.
2. Can we apply at airport for PR?
Again, do you have an immigrant visa and your CORP?
3. What other things we have to apply once we reach to Canada, can we apply all at same time?
* You need a Social Insurance Number in order to be able to work and a health care card.
4. Can you give us list what all things we have to apply (PR Card, national health insurance card etc.. )
* There is no "National" Health care card. It is provincial not federal. Forms may be found on line.
