Wow, be careful with websites, many of job posts over there are fake or scams!!!!
The real and reliable job vacancies are the ones in the daily newspaper. Trust me, I´ve been there.

Even if you are highly certified IT professional, you should be ready to get some Canadian experience before getting the desired position in Canada.
Canadian experience will help you to understand the local market and trend in IT.
