Hello,
I have received immigration file no. in Nov 2008 and my case is still in process.
When I checked with my consultant, he has come up with different story.
Now he is asking me to re file the case, as my profession doesn’t fall under 30 profession list.
Can anyone please advice how shall I process now?
Shall I resubmit the case? Which will take another 8-10 months or continue waiting for update on my current application status?
I will really appreciate your responses.

Hi,
If yr profession was on the list in Nov 2008, then it should be ok.
