Hi All,
I have apply for Canada PR, and my husband is primary person, due to some dispute we are going with some bad faze of life.
I am close to get job in Canada but my husband don’t want to go to Canada. I have form which I got from Canadian consulate and Immigration visa for single entry. My Immigration visa will expire in may 2010.
Can I go alone to Canada and apply for My PR Card and stay in Canada.
Will Canadian consulate allow me to go alone to apply for PR card? I am Finance manager and I am close to get my job soon.
Can anyone tell me some tricky solution, so that I can go to cananda and job my job in Canada, with out my husband.

He wants it to expired.

No, you cannot go alone.
If you are not the primary applicant, you need to reapply on your own merits.

Suzen you can go your own too..no problem will come because you have a PR Visa..wish you good luck...

Lobo, she does not have a PR visa. She is the accompanying spouse in a skilled worker visa application- she says she is not the primary applicant. Without the primary applicant she does not have any visa entitled to her unless she applies on her own merits without hubby.
Lobo, please take your own advice.
