Where/How to follow-up PR cards outside of Canada?

Subject: Where/How to follow-up PR cards outside of Canada?

Last August 2009, we became landed immigrants but we needed to finish the work contract outside Canada. Until now we haven´t received our PR cards. My relative in Toronto has also been waiting for these cards since we left Canada. Where and how to follow-up our PR cards?
