Hi, I allready posted a topic about my brother sponsoring me. He is canadian and I am Scottish. I have heard that he can only sponsor me if I am an orphan, is this true? I am adopted at the moment and my brother is willing to take over as my Legal Guardian ......would this make me eligible for immigration?
If not how else can I get over? I don´t think I will be seen as a skilled worker with only a qualification in Child Care!
Please help me!!

Hi Lucy,
almost everyone is able to immigrate!
You just need to find right way to do that. One way would be to get your working visa and that way come to Canada. Child Care - Sure, anything you do brings some points, but there are some occupations that bring more points. I don´t know exactly for child care how many points would that bring, you can check that on canada immigration website.
