| Subject: At the POE can they see you have a bank account? |

My husband has a bank account in the US but is not a citizen there. He just opened it in January and deposited money about 2 times to the account. (about 300 every time)he has since returned to his country. He was in the US on a visitor´s visa and I was just wondering if when he re enters the US shortly at the port of entry will they be able to see that he has a bank account in the US and has deposited money? I am just curious to know if he will have any problems with them asking how he deposited this money if he was not working while on vacation in the US. I sent him the money and his mother also sent him money and he decided to open up a bank account to save it.
