My fiance is indian and i am pakistani i cant go there to marry her .......we were in muscat but we could not got married as my visa of muscat got expired and i had to come here ..i am on student visa ...MY one month daughter is with her i want to marry her here ...is there any way that i can bring her here...

My (Kid)! What an unusual term for a Dad to use. So for ten months you.... I will be nice, today.
If your partner wants to come from India with your KID both will require a CVV Canadian Visitor Visa. Now if you want to marry your partner go to Hong Kong and get married. We have done this for a couple from both sides of the border living in Kashmir Region.
The lady in that case was from PK and even her parents did not know.
Dad never refer to your daughter as your KID.
