I FINALLY GOT MY PASSPORT REQUEST!!!!
I just wanted to share the good news with the people in this forum... I am not sure if anyone here remembers my case... but I have been waiting for this day for a long long time...
Thank you to those who gave me encouraging words when I felt like giving up or frustrated.
Good luck to all of those who are still waiting... I know the feeling.

Thanks Anonymous... it took us 4 years and 7 months to get to this point...
We have never been to Canada and we do not have any relatives there either... so we are not sure exactly where we are headed (in many way! lol) but we originally wanted to go to Ottawa.
We are hoping to be able to land this summer and to travel a bit once we get there, compare and then make a final decision.

Let´s see how do u feel after you land in Canada.
I was like you, exuberant when asked for my passport after waiting for 4 years. That was almost 2 years ago. I learned a lesson though. Don´t believe in what Canada government and Immigration Lawyers say.
Anyhow, good luck, you´ll need it a LOT.

CONGRATULATIONS Lily i hope everthing goes well with you and wooooooooooooooow 4 years and 7 monthes thats alot i sponcered my husband and its been 2 monthes and there gonna give him the visa in 1 monthe and i felt that was like 4 ever.
