So I just checked the processing times and they´ve upped it in Mississauga to 64 days instead of 32...my application was submitted on Feb 18th and last night they were showing processing applications received up to January 26, now it says January 7th. Does this happen often? Does my processing time go by the 32 days or the now 64 days?

they must have received a flood of applications.
this is the absolute fastest way to do it and the fastest of any type of immigration process so, take a deep breath and it will be over before you know it.

yay! we´re officially in the system, with decision made on whether or not I can sponsor him which means things are still moving on the schedule from before the flood of applications (apparently ours slipped in before it)...I´m on my way to my PO box now to see if the letter is there, wish me luck!

So it´s official, step 1 is done! I know we have the hard part ahead of us, but it´s great to know that at least things are moving along.
