Sir. i am pakistani national residing italy. i want to immigrate to saskatchewan as a family stream basis(Nephew). my question is ,to get a visa from embassy interview is must ? please answer me

The visa office usually require a interview, but won´t refuse before they discuss with the PNP officer in Saskatchewan
If you meet all the requirements than they will not refuse you

Respected Sir, I am a Pakistani national.i want to apply under sinp family members, but i read in sinp website that they need postscondary education. but i am F.A (grade 12) they said i am not eligible for sinp family members catagory. i have no arrange employment ,i have only one relative who wants to apply me under family members catagory.now pls help me what can i do,
