I think that something honest would be tell the truth to want to be immigrants.
To the Skilled ones let them know that they will have to spend a lot of money re-educating themselves and that they usually will be put in a certain category that even if they are lucky enough to land a decent job, they will often won´t be offered an upper management position( there are few exceptions of course) and if they are o.k. with that, then they will have no reason to complain.
I believe that now there is a category for non-skilled immigrants.
However, I am not totally sure about it as I have not totally updated in that matter. If that is the case, I think that this is a positive step. Unskilled immigrants will be happy doing any jobs, they are easier to manipulate due to their lack of education and usually they will find better job conditions in Canada than in their home countries for doing the same type of work.
I do not know at what point is really the Governments fault because as far as I know they are trying to fix this situation. However, the underlined racism, protectionist mentality( proper of many humans in any place on earth)does not allow immigrants the majority of immigrants to really succed in their fields.
I think that it is a very positive step that the Government is granting recognition to those companies hiring immigrants. There is a long way to go. Meanwhile, just be honest about what new immigrants may face and stop tax payers dollars in phony propaganda about " The Best Place On Earth" or how " Welcoming Canadians are of different cultures People". Yes they are politically correct, polite and tolerant on the surface( well excepting some crazy old folks who will yell at you in Quebec for not speaking their horrid french) but that does not mean that they will make you part of their group. They obviously will get to keep the biggest piece of the pie.
Just be honest and drop your facade an over the top self concept of kindness anf fairness. Human Nature is Human Nature anywhere in the world.

Happy Canadian

I am so tired of whining and complaining trolls on this forum.

I do this Immigration Business for money to feed my family. I do not sell Canada! Canada sells itself long before they start researching how to immigrate. When the head of the IOC says what he said about Vancouver olympics Canada sells itself.

I do not say you can not see our air in most cities like your home country!
I do not say you can drink our water right from the tap!
I do not say Canada is the best place on earth.

I also say Quebec is part of my country and I know French is a beautiful language.

All your doing is looking for an argument so that you can spout your ignorant racist comments.

Sorry that is what your life has become.

1000% agree with HappyCanadian. Plus, how many times should we say that we´re NOT complaining. Geez, what is your IQ and English reading skill Roy? perhaps you should take the IELTS test.

besides, your motive is clear. You NEED people to have the desire to immigrate to Canada. Otherwise, you would be out of business, wouldn´t you?

So pathetic.

Do you have any smarter arguments to say than: I am tired of complainers... blah , blah.
By the way,
I can see the air in the cities of my home country so if you call me an ignorant, you are one yourself for judging me without knowing me.
French is a beautiful language and educated Quebecoise know speak it beautifully. I was referring to the Old Ignorant Folks who yell at you on the street for not pronouncing the really hard to understand quebecue. Sorry for studying Parisian French.
I am not dissing Canada in any way . However, I am saying the facts that immigrants will encounter. Your positivity equals money for you .I´d rather be a complainer and tell the truth than being a person with no honesty like you. It is easier for you to smear my opinions because they are not good for your bussiness. You are so devious Roy!!

As per you question if I am still living in Canada!! (in reply to: Response to Sharon)
Hell no!!! I am not living in Canada anymore. I am living in a country that offered me a beautiful weather to enjoy . A weather that keeps my spirits happy as I wake up to see a sunny day by most part of the year .I do get a beautiful spacious house for the money I pay. BTW I still get to eat organic food for not much money. I also have a network of friends and we meet very often to socialize after work. I really do not need to spend much money in cable to kill my boredom.
Once in a while I go back to Canada as I promised Queen Elizabeth I would fight against racism. Thus I must stand by my word as a Good Canadian Citizen. I also go back to do volunteer work helping the homeless.

FSW clients are less then 1% of my business so I don´t need them. I have thousands hiring me to keep them in Canada!

These types of postings and yours are the ones that get the most responses because they are disliked the most. Not my fault.

I could care less from which country Happy Canadian came from. I have a large Chinese client base and they have serious drinking water and air quality problems.

My point was I do not sell Canada as a destination and that most who choose to emigrate choose Canada without any prodding by anyone.

When one is negative like Happy Canadian he attracts negative responses. Why would anyone put him in upper management all he can see is the negative so why would that type of person helpm the company grow?

Canada and Canadian´s are nothing more then a work in progress.

Now I´m guilty of continuing this rant and giving negative people something to smile about. Happy?

Whatever Roy. The main point is, you take benefit from people and even encourage them.

I don´t. I am sharing my experience so people can see the story from different sides.

I do not encourage anyone! Many come in and consult and never retain.

I inform them of their options and which route they should take and why. The decision is theirs!

I do not advertise on Radio, TV or in print and have not done so for three years almost.

I am not one of these individuals at the top of this page with Google Ads!

On Monday we won a Spousal Sponsorship from Manilla visa post it takes tooooo long and they never respond, ask Mr. Magoo!. We pushed the program director to speed things up and it worked.

I got an Albanian out of Detention this morning for a major GTA Law firm who failed twice before.

I returned to the Office and found we had won yet another H&C.

People on this forum yesterday said I rock but you think it is all about money. Money sure helps but check out my Success stories page.

I have sooooo many success stories it would cost me too much to post all the stories. Each video is a few hundred dollars.

Do DIY people win, yes.
Do DIY people destroy their lives, yes.

Do other REPRESENTATIVES sell Canada and care little about their clients? sOME!

Today someone saw information about ARC on the internet and called seeking one for his spouse. He was shocked that I myself answered the phone. He never blinked at my price I quoted.

Another guy called about an ARC also and thought what I charge to assist with an ARC for his spouse was too much!

I would represent them equally but the fee is the fee and my fee´s are lower then many others.

Am I an Angel?

Nothing close to it unless CBSA/CIC is pushing kids around.
