Subject: Landing at Vancouver this week
  Dear Community members,

I plan to do landing through vancouver this week from Seatle side by road. What is the best checkpost for both US and Canada immigration? What is the name of the place where this check post exist. I heared something called "Peace Arch" ....where is that.

Also, other than the money draft, passports, California IDs ( because we do have them) , and list for goods to follow which includes my Car VIN , what else I should take with me ?? I am crossing border by land ( my friend who is already a landed immigrant of canada is driving and I am sharing a ride in his vehicle.). I have H1B visa and will be coming back to USA wrap up things as six year limit is expiring soon.
GOlden Question : I have my valid multiple entry H1B visa stamped on my passport with the present job. Do I need to give my I-94 at the US immigration ?? Though I will be coming back before 30 days...but still is it a goo d idea to surrender I-94 and get a fresh when I come back after 2 days or not ??

Any guidance and tip will be appreciated.

it is called the Douglas Crossing but more widely known as Peace Arch.

Well your I-94 is better kept if they do not demand for it. What exactly did you have to do to get your vehicle to Canada? I have a truck and need to drive into Canada once my paperwork is done. Can you briefly list things to do to bring a vehicle to Canada? Congratulations.... I think this is good time to go to Vancouver. Do you like to become a farmer? I am planning on buying a farm in Vancouver and make wine....

vineyard in Vancouver??? Mission, maybe Kelowna... It´s still raining, and it is dark and dreary, but give it 6 weeks and everything will be in bloom.

Well I-94 need not be surrendered if you are visiting Canada or Mexico for a period of 30 days or less.
