I´m Ecuadorian, I have lived already four years in USA and my tourist visa expired three years ago.
I gather the necessary points to qualify for the resident visa in Canada but I have some questions:
1. Can I apply for a resident visa in Canada even though I don´t have legal status in USA?
2. Where do I have to apply?
4. What do you recommend I have to do?
