Greetings,
We are three brothers, We applied for refugee status within canada on the same basis. Two of us(B & C) were refused. The Oldest brother(A) had his hearing later than B&C and due to the change in our circumstances and some new evidence available after the hearing of B & C. Brother A has been granted asylum in Canada as a Convention Refugee.
Brother B & C have already applied for PRRA with the new evidence. My question is, Should I send the Positive decision of Brother A as evidence to PRRA, the 30 days for filing submissions and evidence are over as of March 15th 2010. Does the positive IRB decision; presented as evidence, ensure that, we B & C will also get a positiveeven thou decision from PRRA gh the acceptance percentile is only 3%?
