HI everyone, my husband and I have been waiting for along time to get him to canada, we were refused and so I sent in for the appeal that was last yr they said we should be getting an appeal court date by Feb well that has come and gone is anyone else having the same problem with immigration?

Which appeal office?
Did you receive the record already?
Was it a A40 Refusal or an R4 refusal?

I do not understand what you mean by a A40 or R4 refusal the appeal office is the one in Vancouver and Edmonton. I have not heard anything since I sent in all the caips notes and more proof of our relationship.
