Hello Everyone, have not worked in Canada for 4 years and didnot file Tax Return, been working in Asia, i shall Sponsor Husband, do i need option C ?? Can i just explain CIC my situation without Option C, What should i write in the letter to CIC ??
Shall i tell CIC my income abroad ??

Me too, working in US for 4 years not filed anything in Canada. Yes I included my W2 and paystubs for last 12 months and explained why I don´t have option C. That makes sense to me I mean why would I file taxes in Canada if I dont live there for 4 years?

You are not working here, you are not interested in paying taxes but when it comes to bring somebody to Canada suddenly you become interested in Canada, sounds a bit strange ....

I donot have any paystubs or on paper to show my income, i get paid cash money, shall i be ok showing CIC only my income ???

Puh I think you are a bit confused, this a is about Canadians working abroad and returning to Canada and sponsoring their spouse. Usually when you don;t live somewhere you don´t pay for services. Maybe in your little imaginary world you do but I give u some advice: stop making stupid comments u r just making yourself look more ridiculous..

wow u sound so intelligent! and by the way I gave my advice unlike your " very helpful " reply but why do I bother replying to morons? I am only here because I am trying to find a solution to my problem which is very similar to Mario´s. We are all here to help each other and give advice, please any advice for me to the Question i asked ?? Thanks, I am still in Asia and shall sponsor from outside Canada.
I might not file my Tax Return and shall have no option C,
will i be ok, or better for me to file my Tax.

Mario, are you a Canadian citizen or a PR? If you are not a citizen, you must be inside Canada to sponsor.
if you are a citizen, you are going to have to show employment and intent to live in Canada for a sponsorship to be considered.

Thanks Sharon, i am Canadian Citizen.
I know i need to prove CIC intent to live in Canada, i shall work on that.
I like to know shall i file my Tax Return to obtain option C or i shall be 100% ok not to have option C and write a letter saying i live and work outside Canada for 4 years ?? also I donot have any paystubs or on paper to show my income in Asia, i get paid cash money, shall i be ok just mentioning my income in the application form ???
