Hello, I have applied FSW in 2008, and rejected for some reason(Faild to prove AOE). Now I want to apply again with CEC which is more fit for my case. I graduated from college in canada and worked as fulltime for about 3 years now. I wonder if it is okay to change my noc code. Before it was 2174(systems programmer - Type A) and now I want to change it to 2283(systems tester - Type B). I worked on both actually, and now I have been working as a systems tester (2283) for more that a year. Please let me know it is okay to change it. Thank you.

The reason that I want to change it is IELTS is below(L: 6.0, R: 5.5, W: 5.5, S: 6.0) the requirment for NOC A(2174), And my work permit is going to expired in July 2010. please leave any comments. Thank you.
