Hi there!
This is my time frame for my inland spousal sponsorship. I am the one being sponsored by my Canadian wife.
We received your application for permanent residence on January 8, 2009.
We started processing your application on February 4, 2009.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted. (this was the letter that said that i have met the eligibility to be sponsored and my wife got the same letter but referring to her as the sponsor and asked for my medicals and police cert.)
Medical results have been received.
We received the requested information on December 9, 2009. Thank you for providing the information. (police cert.)
We received the requested information on January 30, 2010. Thank you for providing the information. (police cert.)
We sent you a letter on March 11, 2010 to Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
A week later I received the letter saying that they were pleased to inform me that the processing of my application has been completed.
Then it goes on to say that the Right for PR Fee is $490 that must be paid before i can become PR. Then it tells me that the fee has not been paid yet and that i should be prepared to pay that in credit card or money order or certified check to the Immigration Centre in Windsor when I´m scheduled to obtain confirmation of permanent residence document.
Since March 11,2010 my e-cas shows decision made.
I have 3 questions, if anybody can kindly help me with.
1) Is it safe to say that my application has been approved and i am to become a PR assuming everything goes normal?
2) Nowhere in the letter from Immigration does it say that my file has been transferred to CIC Windsor, is that normal?
3) How long from the DM status on e-cas does it take to receive the letter from CIC Windsor regarding my Landing Interview Date.

As far as I know you should receive a letter from CIC Windsor requesting a date/time for an interview. I am waiting on CIC Montreal.
