i think you should send everthing at once...and about the baby i just got a reply back from the embassy that my husband has a meeting with them end of april and they will give him the visa and like you said its not going to hurt to put it on your application..

Yeah I figured as much...from my understanding its a case by case thing and being that the CIC are humans I would think they would have alittle compassion for something like that ya know? So did you send everything at once?
When do they ask for the physicle?
What steps have you and hubby gone thru?
So at his meeting will he be givin PR status?

ya i send everthing at once i even send the Physicle i send it all at the same time ya they will give him the PR STATUS he went to them today and asked them and they told him they will give the PR stause....we drived them crazy lool i always went to the embassy and i always called them and send them emails because im gonna give birth soon and i want him to be with me

i send my application on januaray 27 or 28,2010 and i just got a letter from them saying that he has a apontment with them on end of april and no im not talking about the buffalo embassy but i will try to get it for you and thank u soo much for the prayer

By saying you sent YOUR application do you mean your sponsor app and his PR app and fees medical exam and criminal all at once?

well i cant file within canada because if i did then i would have to stay in canada and wouldnt be able to work,....where is your husband? i think what you mustve done was send your sponsor app to missisauga then they forward everything to the embassy where your husband is right?
