if possible, I see if there is a way to have a voice to voice conversation. Email is one directional and sometimes the intent can be misunderstood. Even if it means waiting a little bit to make it happen.
I know you are frantic, and hurt but a little bit of time may help you get the edge off your emotions. In the end, you share children and will be in each others lives as a result forever. Best to figure out how to do that as painlessly and positively as possible.
