Your with your partner be happy! I already answered this!!

Consider if your partner is sitting in Nairobi, Kenya!!!!

He/She would if they submitted their application to Mississauga CPC on April 10th 2009 take 56 days or two months to be assessed as a Sponsor than it takes 26 months to complete ONLY 80% of Spousal Applications. So in theory this loving couple who are together by the telephone ONLY by August 2011 could NOT even have an interview scheduled. NO END IN SIGHT!

So you are waking up in your partners arms each and every morning for five months since your file has been transferred to the local office. Why should anyone care?

There is no (Sharon vs Roy) there is only common sense for those who whine about processing times of a In - Canada Spousal Application when it should of been submitted outside of Canada in the first place.

Than there are people like you who (DIY) Do It Yourself and think, people who assist legally for a fee with Spousal Sponsorship´s are not worth retaining! You had an obligation to PROVE your relationship was genuine and you failed and now want to put the blame on others including CIC!

Do you not see that you and your partner are to a major degree at fault youselves for your situation?

if you have messed up your file, read the processing time chart carefully. there is 20% of the applications that do not show on the chart at the maximum time. That application could very well be yours. So, don´t assume you are going to be able to use the website as an iron-clad answer.
