  What do you people think?

1. If a Canadian Lawyer of a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (CCIC) seeks out clients in a foreign country against that countries Laws should they have their accreditation cancelled in Canada? Should they have not been aware of the Laws of that country in which they grew up?

2. If a Lawyer or a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant is charging ten thousand for a student permit application in a very poor country how should this be viewed by their regulatory body? Is ten thousand dollars excessive when most colleges or Universities will give pre-approval over the Internet?

3. If a Lawyer or a Consultant gets charged with three counts of forgery, forged documents etc. should their regulatory body suspend their activities or (take the high road that all should be considered innocent until proven guilty by aa court of Law)

I just do not know if my opinions are the correct ones.

hey Roy seems you are a smart guy, have a proper job, but just an honest question ROY do you feel so lonely? Nobody to talk to ? Nobody to touch and hold your hand? Looking for Sharon to say something? Or do you expect a potential Indian immigrant who is desparate to get into Canada to read your message and expresses his opinion ? For your information no immigrant read such heavy stuff- the only guys who will say something about your post are...your puppets, who have not to do with immigration ...which means you really die for somebody to talk to, or to be listened,,,

Your private life looks soo miserable man!!!! anyways keep on advertising yourself in this site...remember each time you say something, people will think that..wowow this guy knows something, if I hire a consultant I would go for this guy...no matter his life sucks!!! No matter he talks to himself or a number of puppets here !! A successful career, with a miserable life... poor guy ....God bless you ...

DocD´s:
I think yes.The reason being is that "not been aware of the Laws of that country", should go against the code ethics in Canada.

- It is excessive. I think the code of ethics should regulate pricing for things like that.

Well, a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Until then, there should be no reason to suspend this individual.
