Subject: Application Refusal ???
  Hi...

I applied for federal skilled worker class three months ago, when I filled the application, The NOC code "Work Experience section" is filled with the wrong one that is not listed under their required NOC codes. For example: they require 1111, and I mistakenly picked 0000

the CIO replied that I picked the NOC code which is not under their eligible occupations and also mentioned this in the e-mail: (For the reasons outlined above, your application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.)

Now, here are questions: 1- Can I apply again? "of course with the right NOC codes"

2- If I can apply again, should I apply the same way I applied the first time ?

Thanks!

Dragon6,

You just need to reapply.Mention the first rejection on scedule 1 to be a good dragon. Make sure you don´t make other technical errors like leaving a blank field somewhere.

Thanks for the response!

you mentioned the rejection on Schedule1, I just saw the sections of Schedule1 pdf file, there´s no item in which to mention the rejection, and all the other items are related to criminality, refugee status refusal, disease... etc.

I can´t tick "Yes" on one of those since the first rejection is about an NOC code mistakenly picked, is there any alternative? should i mention the first rejection on a separate sheet of paper?
Any suggestions?

Thanks!
