Subject: FSW- Application. Few questions. Need help.

Hi

Please assist, I have previously worked in a job related to accounts and would like to apply from Pakistan under NOC 0111 FINANCIAL MANAGER. I only have an undergraduate degree in Business, no CA/CFA etc. What are my chances? Also how does recent change of sending applications to London rather than Islamabad make a difference? Can anyone predict any change in NOC 38 list after 16 April? So confusing, its been almost three years I am watching and still not able to make the move. How do they assess the application, almost everyone I know who applied from Pakistan recently got rejected.
