Hi folks..
My girlfreind a Canadian and 2 year old child born here in usa
Im the american father.
My girlfreind was leaving Canada drove 9 hrs got to the US border and was drilled for 4 hours regarding her ties to USA she explained she owned property in the states and to visit childs father they told her she could not enter the USA untill she had some type of e1 or e2 visa they told her her properties where rentals and she was doing business in the states. Is ther any way around this and if not who can we contact to get help.Any ideal how long this nightmare will last? We are just sick trying to figar this out and any help would be great. Getting married is not a problam getting back into the states to do so is does anyone now immigration law?
