hii, i have submitted all requirements to canadian high commision, uk last october and i am still waiting for their reply, i ve been told under new instruction it takes between 3-5 months
can anybody tell me how long exactly it takes
is anybody there with a same experience

depends on yr country of origin
usually for Indian Asians in UK , its 15 6 months to get file no, 8-12 month after that for further instructions, police clearance etc, 1-2 months after that medical, and supposedly 1-3 month for final answer

i just want to clear one thing, r u talking abt the old system before 28th feb 2008 or new ministerial instructions implemented after 29th nov 2009,
