As Sharon said, dont lie. or I would suggest,
Lie with full planning so that it reduces your chance to be caught. Ask yourself few question, what would be needed to prove the job employment letter, resume, salary slip??? Can you say you were temporarily disabled to work due to some illness which cant be discovered exactly like if I say I have a pain in my back, doctor cant say how much is it paining only I can say how much is it paining. So you are covered.
