Subject: Citizenship - Test & ceremony DATEs - How rigid
  Citizenship involves :
(1) attending a Test
(2) sometimes appearing in front of a magistrate &
(3) attending a ceremony

The applicant is advised of these dates.

My questions are
(a) are advised dates cast in stone? Or can extensions be requested?
(b) if so, for how long can extensions be requested? 3 months? 6 months?
