Subject: Need some urgent information
My husband is Primary applicant in Canada PR, we have dispute and I have invest all the money and I am dependent.

Now what is he doing he is going separately and without me, please tells me few things:
Once he will reach there then can I go after him , without knowing him?
He is planning to give his friends address, if I can go behind him then can I go after him and with telling him and get PR card and I can give different address ?
Or still I need my husband for my PR card?

Can he give instructions to Canada Immigration to not allow me?

Who paid for things matters nothing to CIC. Who has the settlement money? If it is you... put it in a separate bank account with your name only.

until the visas are issued, he is able to remove you from the application. Once the visas are issued, and assuming he physically gives you back your passport with the documents intact, you would theoretically be able to land AFTER him, within the prescribed time limit without him being physically beside you. Yes, you could give a different address and yes, he could actually tell CIC when he lands that you and he are no longer together. Telling lies to CIC is really a bad idea.

Your application is a courtesy as a spouse of a qualified skilled worker applicant. If it becomes evident that you are coming to Canada and you are no longer his dependant... CIC has every right to revoke your status and perhaps even claim misrepresentation against both of you.

Be very careful.
