hi just got a few questions about the live-in caregiver program.
i´m planning on hiring a live-in caregiver from abroad. i heard that the process can take up to 2 yrs. we wont be having the baby until close to the end of the year, but i was wondering if it´s ok to start the process now? as i would like my caregiver to be here as soon as the baby is born.
secondly, i know that the posting for the job ad has to be for at least 14 days. but do i need to wait 3 months after advertising prior to applying for lmo? and how long does this process usually take?
