Subject: RPRF question | urgent
  Hi,
I received a letter from the NewYork consulate (processing my PR application) to send in the medicals. It also states the following regarding the RPRF:
"The following processing fees are outstanding: Right of Permanent Resident Fee for you and your spouse paid by your sponsoir at the Case Processing Center in Mississauga. Please provide this office a receipt once the fee is paid. CPC Mississauga will provide this office an electronic confirmation of your sponsor´s paymeny once it has been processed."

Now my question is: Am I supposed to pay the fee to CPC Missisauga because my application had a Canada mailing address? Actually, I am going to change my address to a USA address from the Canada address that I gave at the start of my application as I am in USA presently (will be here until Dec 2010) for my wife´s delivery. So, can I just send in the RPRF to the NY consulate along-with the request to change my address?

Also, in case it is still advisable to send in the RPRF to CPC Missisauga, I need to know the mode of payment - would a cashier´s check in USD drawn on a US bank work and the payment has to be made in favor of whom? There are no such instructions in the letter I received.

Thanks !

You and your wife have a sponsor?

What type of application did you submit?

R U being sponosred by one of your children?

If you actually got a letter the form of payment is explained very clearly in all the different form letters.
