| Subject: Stay of Removal |
Anyone knows on what grounds to file a stay of removal. does it apply to failed refugee claimed? Do you have a time frame to file one(like how long after the PRRA)? What is the chance of stay being granted (any statistics)? Is a stay a waste of time and money?

I posted below a Federal Court decision regarding deferral of removals you should start there.
Average cost $6,500.00 only Legal Counsel representatives can file with Federal Court.
Chance of success depends on individual circumstances.
