Subject: A important question
Will there be any back ground verification if i submit fake expereince details? , My friend is running a good IT company and is ready to submit the papers. If so How do they verify our certifcate? by phone? if so to whom they contact for the same purpose

Man o man... why fake? A lot of ladies get away with faking but for a man to do it! I think they will try to contact human resources dept if the company is large; in academic situations, they call the supervisory professor or the department head. If there is a supervisor for your position, they will definitely call that one, that is, if they need any verification. Or, they just might let the suspicious file lie around hoping you might lose interest in the whole damn affair and move on with life.... This indeed is a very powerful strategy! For, those who are faking may have hard time to live on if the results do not materialize. I heard that academics have the shortest processing times, apparently, because it is impossible to declare that you are a fake professor! So it all comes down to this: if they take 3 years to become confident that your submissions are trustworthy, can you keep living the fake life? If you can, then maybe you are not faking to begin with! it is kind of irony but....
