Subject: When is authorization 2 return ARC (not) required?
  When you enter as a minor of a parent who makes a refugee claim for the whole family and adult is deemed inadmissable.

Since you were a minor when the family made a Refugee claim you do not need an authorization to return to Canada, ARC!

No need to apolgize or explain anything.
