My bank ( Citi Bank) just informed me they denied a transaction from CIO Sydney (stupid enough even though I informed them about 2 months in advance Sad ...
*** My bank is saying that they have added now CIO transaction in authorized transaction just after 2 minutes of denied, so I must contact CIO for re-charge my card. Is there any way to request a Re-Charge to CIO???
*** Would they try again to charge fees or it was just one and final try Huh
*** In case, instead of waiting their contact, I want to send Check on urgent bases, Should me just send the check to CIO or whole application included??
*** Will me application treated as new application or it would be same date as I applied before?

just call mississauga and tell them the situation and ask them to recharge your card they will then tell you what to do,but your process will still go on.Do not send a new app.Call cic mississauga

The application has gone to Sydney, Nova Scotia not to CIC mississauga. So if you dont know what to say please dont post anything to confuse people.

Nice name! I cant help you in this one just wait and see what happens they will contact you through email or by mail if they are interested, be careful next time. Dont give your credit card its easy to give that no but its a pain this is the second time I am reading the problems happening with Credit card, send the demand draft or certified cheque, its much easier to pay few bucks instead of living in dilemma and stress for few months.

Thanks " Nisha" and "Steve" for your valuable inputs.
"Nisha", I am not sure if I followed correct procedure, what I did, I made a certified check in Canadian dollars, and forward to CIO Sydney with copies of my application exactly all what I sent in start to sydney. I have included a cover letter explaining that I become aware of transaction denial, so sending check instead.
Just be on safe side, I have sent them my all forms etc, in case they are unable to find or match check with previous application(just my opinion as I don´t have File number), so never mind even they gonna treat me as a new applicant but all documents are there again.
I didn´t receive any e-mail etc, I am sure its gonna back all application :(.
