If someone has been selected by Quebec and wanna move to Alberta..will the federal visa allow that!

If you have tried enough to get job in Qubec and have failed then yes sure you can go ahead and find the source of income and move there and no body will question you, if they still do then you have the proper satisfactory answer that you didnt find any job for your survival in Quebec and you moved to Alberta.
Otherwise you will be questioned and it would be hard for you to convince them at the time of PR approval or Citizenship.
