Hello,
I am confused about the "dependent children" part of the application. My two daughters are over 22 years of age. One is doing masters (she is financially dependent on me but does not live with me, and is going to graduate in 3-4 months) and the other one is doing a job (she lives with me and is partially dependent on me).
So, can I include them as dependent children in my application? If not, do I mention them anywhere in my forms or not?? Like in the generic form for skilled workers, they have asked about all family members whether they will accompany me to Canada or not.

Dependent children
A son or daughter is dependent when the child:
•is under the age of 22 and does not have a spouse or common-law partner
•is a full-time student and is substantially dependent on a parent for financial support since before the age of 22, or since becoming a spouse or common-law partner (if this happened before age 22) or
•is financially dependent on a parent since before the age of 22 because of a disability.

Hi!
i have my PR. been here in canada since june 2009 still here and have a full time job..
I landed as an immigrant in canada as a dependent from my sister last june 2009 and i have a boyfriend before i left and we´ve been in a relationship for 5 years. he propose when im already here in canada, we decided to get married so i got married in our country for 1 month i stayed there and flew back here in canada, that was aug 2010 and im filing sponsorship for spouse now.. i have a job and can support him in any way do you think there will be problems in my sponsorship?

I don´t see any problems. Make sure you apply Outland and that you do a very careful job with your documents and proofs about your relationship.
