Sheharyar : What to do? This is a suggestion from a Canadian Permanent Residence holder - Keep your job in Pakistan. Don´t ever think about moving to Canada. Don´t fall into the same pit like many of us did.
However if you insist, go to www.cic.gc.ca. Good luck.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Pratik Patel, 29years old (12/02/1982) with Indian passport.

I have done Master of Professional Accounting from Australia in March 2009. I did Bachelor of Commerce-Account from India in April 2002. I had been working in account field from 2000 to 2006. Last 2years designation was similar like Accountant but heading was Account Manager. The job duties are similar mentioned by CIC as an Accountant.

My wife did Bachelor of Science in 2005 and have been working in Laboratory as a Lab Technician.
As per CIC guideline I am eligible to for 75 points with bachelor experience. Do I will go for Canadian PR application on based of above facts?? If yes, than what will chances for visa approval and do I need to concern good agent for documentations?? After lodge application do we able to travel abroad and stay until approval of Canada PR?

I would appreciate your urgent guidance.

Thanking you in advance,

Yours truly,

Pratik Patel

Pratik,

your job might qualify under NOC 0111 (you can check yourself on the cic website). I if assume that you´re intelligent enough to fill in the cic form without an agency. whether cic will accept your work experience or not will be decided by the cic officer - the decision might even vary on the officer. so noone can tell you in advance.
However, even if you get the visa be prepared that you will not necessarily find a job in canada in this field and you might end up in a complete different profession. I´ve seen quite a lot people from china, india, and pakistan who now work far below their professions. some work as taxi drivers, fast food employees, cleaning, etc.

If you got a master´s degree from australia I´m wondering what makes you feel to immigrate to canada?

Thanks (in reply to: Canadian Immigration)
Dear Brian,

Thanks for you advise.

I check out and its same duties which mentioned under NOC 0111.
As far as concern Australia, all knows how frequent immigration rules changes, you consider similar like weather... Due to its now really hard to get PR and without PR its too much tough to get field or better jobs. And all others well known problems.

Anyway thanks again.

Pratik
