Hello,
I came to the U.S last semester as an international student. I am from Iran. I got an admission from a university in Canada and I submitted all needed documents in order to get study permit from Canadian embassy in Washington DC. They sent me am email and told me that I need to have an interview.
1) Can you please inform me about the possible questions they may ask?
2) I think the main question is: Why do you want to leave the U.S and
go to Canada?...What is the best answer that I can say and the
officer expects to hear?

Tell them you did your research on the schools and courses and you feel the one in canada bests suits your needs.
Is the tuition cheaper use that as an answer if possible
