| Subject: Can I apply for residency in Canada? |

I have just completed my four years deferred adjudication sentence for my online solicitation of a minor charge. Meanwhile, my permanent residency was revoked and placed on administrative deportation order by ICE. I was sentenced for my charge on May 22nd of 2006. My discharge paper says that my indictment and all other documents are dismissed. Can I apply for residency in Canada if I am a skilled worker?

your premanent residency... where?
do you have a criminal conviction or not?
Criminal convictions make you inadmissable.
