Subject: Canada PR Visa Issue:
  Hello,

I am Smith from Singapore. Currently I am working as Engineer here in some company of Cars Manufacturing. I want to immigrate to Canada as Permanent Resident. For that I need 67 pass marks. I am all eligible with my qualifications, experience, age and language test. But still I am less with few marks. I saw on Canada website http://www.cic.gc.ca that I can have more marks in second language which is French OR if I have some job offer from Canada. Its very difficult to learn French as second language as I have no time for this. But yes I can arrange job. Can somebody tell me how job offer should be like are there any rules or specifications for that job to which immigration dept. can approve?? I can arrange my job in Li-ion Motors corporation, who deals in automobile http://li-ionmotors.com . If this company sends me offer letter will I be eligible for 10 marks??

Regards,
J. Smith

Is your company Li-ion Motors registered with Govt. of Canada? (in reply to: Canada PR Visa Issue:)
Dear Smith,

After reading you post I visited website of Li-ion Motors
See, if this company or organization Li-ion Motors is registered with Govt. of Canada, you can ask them for job offer. Another side, you must have this job approved by HRSDC Canada. Only then immigration department can consider this job. Better you ask your company Li-ion Motors for permanent job with that you can have 10 marks for permanent residence in Canada.

If have more questions, you can ask.

Thanks,
Hazel Mitta.

Hazel you f orgot to mention that an engineer is a certified position by that particular oprovince and if the applicant is not recognized to work as an engineer in that province he/she will not receive a work permit with or without a Labour Market Opinion.
